An elite AmLaw 50 firm is looking for patent litigators to join its Chambers ranked team in its Dallas office (also opportunity for Houston).
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-6 years of experience, preferably at another big firm or high-end boutique, representing both patent holders and accused infringers before district and state courts, the ITC, and PTAB
- Excellent legal academic credentials and a degree in either electrical engineering or computer science (candidates with a mechanical engineering degree and significant electrical work experience may be considered)
