Job RequirementsThe Firm seeks outstanding lateral candidates who havedemonstratedexceptional academic and professional achievement and thrive on the intensity and challenge of "bet-the-business" litigation. Basic requirements:
- 3+years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolutionrequired.
- Sophisticated experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, withtrial experience preferred.
- Top twentyschoolor top 10% of law schoolclass.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Licensed to practice in New York and/or Texas.
Additionaljurisdictionsa plus. - Federal or appellate state clerkship experience preferred.
- Experienceonlaw review, journals, and moot court preferred.
