• Negotiate, draft, review, and revise purchase agreements, leases, development contracts, and other commercial real estate documents
• Conduct due diligence, including title searches, surveys, environmental assessments, and zoning reviews
• Manage complex transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects ranging from $1m - $500m
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and legal staff to execute complex legal matters successfully

• Juris Doctor (2022 and earlier), admitted in TX, with 4+ years of relevant transactional financing experience
• Familiarity with various types of collateral and the related security interest mechanisms, as well as corporate governance documents
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships at all levels
• Technologically proficient with experience using legal software and tools, including Westlaw/Practical Law, iManage, Adobe, and Microsoft Office Suite
