Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery

- Negotiate settlements, parenting plans, and property divisions
- Provide strategic legal advice and maintain regular client communication
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Stay current on Texas family law developments and local court rules
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas Bar
- 2–5+ years of experience in family law preferred
- Experience in contested hearings, negotiations, and trial work
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical abilities
- High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and client‑service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
