Role DescriptionThis full-time Associate Attorney position is based on-site in North Dallas. As an Associate Attorney, you will handle various aspects of client matters, including conducting legal research, providing counsel, drafting documents, and negotiating settlements. You will represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediation, ensuring high-quality legal representation aligned with the firm's dedication to excellence.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge and application of law
- Experience in providing legal advice and consultation to clients
- Proficiency in legal research and analysis
- Effective negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- Trial experience or interest in courtroom advocacy is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
