Overview
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced or Senior Supply Chain Specialist (Level 3/4) for the Transactional Fighter Repair team in Dallas, TX or Hazelwood, MO. Responsibilities include leading team members and coordinating with Program, Supplier Management, and Customers to meet on-time delivery targets and maintain accurate repair records.
Position Responsibilities- Lead the Fighter Repair team, the orders they support, and activities with Supplier Management, Customer, and other program focal points to meet targets.
- Lead the team through Repairs from induction through closeout in GOLD database.
- Analyze supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and assess configuration change impact on the supply support system.
- Support customer briefs with charts and data related to assignments.
- Identify and resolve customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.
- Identify supply chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues.
- Apply Continuous Improvement methodologies to seek opportunities to deliver best value for money to the program.
- Lead the team in updates of repair processes and procedures.
- Some travel may be required.
- 3+ years of supply chain experience and leading teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask.
- Self-starter with strong time management skills to effectively lead the team and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in a diverse team environment.
- Demonstrated sound communication skills with customers and colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Level 3: $101,700 - $118,650;
Level 4: $127,800 - $149,100.
