Why This Role MattersAt L-Nutra, our supply chain is more than movement of goods—it’s a strategic enabler of growth, reliability, and trust. We’re looking for a hands‑on, analytically minded Logistics & Procurement Manager who will act as the control tower for our inbound supply chain
, owning the full lifecycle from purchase order to dock.
This is a hybrid role by design: part strategist, part executor. You’ll plan intelligently, move decisively, and bring clarity to complexity—ensuring we buy the right things, at the right time, and get them here efficiently.
What You’ll Own- Coordinate all inbound transportation (Ocean, Air, OTR), selecting optimal routes and partners
- Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with forwarders and brokers
- Oversee import documentation, customs compliance, and HTS classifications
- Partner with warehouse teams to schedule deliveries and resolve discrepancies quickly
- Monitor inbound freight charges and investigate cost variances to control landed costs
- Audit outbound shipping invoices to ensure accuracy and investigate anomalies
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for domestic and international suppliers
- Monitor supplier performance, including OTIF delivery and quality standards
- Proactively identify and resolve supply chain disruptions, including expedited or alternative sourcing when needed
- Execute end‑to‑end PO management, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
- Actively manage inventory health—balancing availability with carrying costs and obsolescence risk
- Liaise with Accounts Payable on invoice disputes (unit pricing, quantity) to avoid late payment of suppliers
- 3–5+ years in logistics and supply chain or procurement roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP required)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Net Suite strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of Incoterms (FOB, EXW, DDP), HTS codes, and international shipping
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable owning complex workflows.
- Confident negotiator with strong vendor communication skills.

Base Pay +Benefits + Bonus + Equity. Final compensation will be based on experience, scope, and impact.
