Materials Manager

We’re hiring a Materials Manager to support data center operations at Oracle.

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help manage the flow, tracking, and accuracy of critical hardware and materials across both live data center environments and new build projects.

• Support day-to-day inventory operations (cycle counts, audits, reconciliations)
• Track and manage materials in systems like Oracle or SAP
• Coordinate with vendors and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners
• Ensure materials are received, stored, and delivered accurately and on time
• Support data center build projects by staging and moving hardware as needed
• Maintain compliance with inventory processes, safety standards, and audit requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Experience with inventory systems (Oracle, SAP, or similar)
• Comfortable working with hardware and in a hands‑on environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Excel skills and familiarity with barcode/scanning systems

• Experience in data centers, tech, or infrastructure environments
• Familiarity with lean practices (5S, Kanban, etc.)
