SCM​/Logistics Associate

About the Role

Dashing Diva is seeking an SCM/Logistics Associate in a Distribution Center office to coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, manage inventory documentation, and resolve logistical issues to ensure seamless and efficient supply chain operations.

• Inventory Control:
  Coordinate cycle counts and reconcile system discrepancies.
• Documentation:
  Issue and verify Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and invoices.
• Shipment Tracking:
  Monitor transit status and proactively resolve delivery delays.
• Issue Resolution:
  Handle carrier billing discrepancies and OS&D (damage/shortage) claims.
• Cross-Functional Liaison:
  Serve as the main point of contact between carriers, CS, and warehouse floor teams.
• KPI Reporting:
  Track and report daily operational metrics (fulfilment rates, order accuracy).

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree required (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, technical procedures and ability to comply with governmental regulations.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
