ERP Admin, Supply Chain & Procurement Functional Lead; R5063

Job Description:

The Supply Chain & Procurement Functional Lead will own Oracle Fusion Procurement, Inventory, Planning, and Cost Management processes to ensure material integrity, supplier governance, and MRP reliability in a complex manufacturing environment.

This role is critical to maintaining serialized traceability and material compliance across programs.

Oracle Fusion Module Ownership

• Procurement
• Supplier Portal
• Self‑Service Procurement
• Inventory Management
• Cost Management
• Planning (MRP)
• Product Hub (if implemented)

Aerospace & Manufacturing Focus

• Serialized and lot‑controlled inventory
• Subcontract purchase orders
• Receiving and inspection controls
• MRP parameter governance
• Material availability stabilization

Process Leadership

• Establish item master governance standards
• Improve MRP signal accuracy
• Reduce inventory discrepancies
• Align procurement workflows with compliance requirements
• Lead cross‑functional planning alignment sessions
• Apply AI‑enabled capabilities within Oracle Cloud SCM and Procurement to support mission‑critical supply chain operations, leveraging predictive insights and intelligent automation to drive agility, resilience, and operational excellence.

• 8+ years ERP supply chain systems experience
• Strong understanding of MRP and inventory control
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments
• Oracle Fusion SCM experience

• Experience managing serialized inventory
• Familiarity with government material compliance requirements
• Oracle Cloud certification
• Lean or Six Sigma certification

Pay range: 110,000 – 170,000 USD per year.

Full‑time employee offer:
Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity.

Temporary employee offer:
Pay within range listed + temporary benefits package, applicable after 60 days of employment.
