Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst located in Dallas, TX.

Reporting to the Materials Manager
, the Supply Chain Analyst role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and improving the efficiency of our Supply Chain operations.

Typical Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for supply chain performance metrics (inventory, procurement, logistics, demand planning, etc.).
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems and sources.
  • Investigate variances, delays, and inefficiencies across supply chain processes.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify underlying issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track KPIs such as on‑time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and cost‑to‑serve.
  • Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision‑making.
  • Support initiatives to optimize supply chain processes through data‑driven recommendations.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials, and best practices; apply this knowledge to continually improve processes and production efficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field required; education may be substituted for relevant experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a supply chain role or related field.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain principles and processes.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
