HANA EWM Inventory Management Consultant

Long Term Contract

Maintain accurate stock levels for raw materials, finished goods, and semi‑finished products.

Handle goods movements: goods receipt (GR), goods issue (GI), stock transfers between locations/plants/warehouses.

Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies; perform cycle counting.

Generate inventory/warehouse reports: stock levels, turnover, valuation, stock aging, slow‑moving materials.

Monitor KPIs: inventory days, stock aging, inventory valuation by location/material type.

Integrate warehouse data with MM, PP, SD, and Finance modules. Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and documentation of all goods movements.

Optimize processes using batch management, serial number tracking, and inventory valuation methods.

• MB52 – warehouse stock report
• MMBE – stock overview
• MIRO – invoice posting
• MB1C – stock from initial entries

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA MM and/or EWM
• Hands‑on experience with inventory management and warehouse reporting
• Understanding of supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations
• Ability to design and configure warehouse reports and dashboards (often using SAC, Fiori apps, or BW)
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 3–7 years SAP MM/EWM experience, including at least 1–2 full‑cycle implementations
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA MM/EWM certification preferred
