Overview
The Boeing Repair Management Services (RMS-G) Government team is seeking an Entry Level Supply Chain Specialist to join the team in Dallas, TX. This position focuses on supporting Boeing Global Services (BGS) and is dedicated to the C-17 program. The RMS-G team is responsible for component repair, overhaul, warranty support, and modifications across the C-17, Vertical Lift, Fighter, and Commercial Derivative Aircraft platforms.
PositionResponsibilities
- Respond to requests for quotes.
- Respond to post- production customer supply inquiries and coordinate delivery problem resolution.
- Assist in collecting and processing supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services, including repair capabilities and capacity.
- Manage repair, overhaul, warranty, and modification order management.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the repair/overhaul process, including induction of repairable parts through delivery to the customer.
- Monitor and coordinate the movement of repair carcasses and materials required to support repairs to and from authorized repair sources.
- Track repair order performance against the organization’s key performance indicators and program-specific targets.
- Maintain accurate record-keeping of customer assets throughout the repair process.
- Provide functional repair management support and analysis to programs and supply-chain stakeholders.
- 1+ year of experience in supply chain.
- 1+ year of experience working both independently and in team environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with inventory management systems or database applications.
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced role with strict deadlines.

Total Rewards & Pay TransparencyPay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $54,000.00 – $77,000.00.
