About the Job
The Field Project Coordinator is a critical, client‑facing operations role responsible for executing and coordinating on‑site waste management services. The Field Project Coordinator serves as the on‑site extension of NuLine’s operations team, ensuring waste is managed safely, efficiently, compliantly, and above our customer’s expectations. The role requires scheduling services with transporters, disposal vendors, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely and efficient execution of waste management projects.
This may mean rain, shine, early mornings, occasionally late nights, and lots of windshield time on the road. This is a physically and mentally demanding role that requires initiative, accountability, and a strong service mindset. Success in this role comes from attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to operate independently while supporting a broader team.
- Manage daily waste management activities including inventory control, container management, waste profiling, shipment preparation, and coordination of off‑site disposal.
- Coordinate, communicate, and schedule waste shipments with internal teams, transporters, and disposal facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with transporters, disposal facilities, and service partners to support consistent service quality and operational reliability.
- Build a strong understanding of industrial waste handling, logistics, safety, and regulatory compliance through continuous training and coaching.
- Serve as the on‑site liaison between NuLine Industrial Solutions and the customer, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Use computer‑based systems; candidates must be comfortable working in ERP platforms and standard business software without hands‑on technical assistance.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate records including hazardous waste audits, manifests, and pre‑shipment documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jack, drum dolly, etc.) as required, in accordance with training and company safety policies.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions, compliance concerns, or operational risks.
- Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and high‑morale work environment.
- Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned to support operational excellence.
- Statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
This role is demanding, fast‑paced, and highly accountable. If that sounds off‑putting to you, do not apply. This is not a steppingstone for short‑term employment or for someone looking to do the bare minimum and move on. If you are not interested in building real knowledge, skills, and investing in a long‑term career, this is not the job for you.
If you prefer predictable, repetitive days where nothing changes, you will not like this role. If you get overwhelmed when priorities shift, customers have urgent needs, or problems have to be solved in real time, this will not be a good fit.
If you wait to be told what to do, avoid ownership when things go wrong, or focus on why something cannot be done instead of finding a way forward, you will not like this job.
This role is built for people who take pride in doing things right, work hard when no one is watching, and want to build something meaningful over time.
What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for team members that match our culture of connection, speed, high work ethic, value, and bring something unique to our team. We want people who are positive, coachable, problem solvers, go‑getters, and growth‑focused. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, detail‑oriented, comfortable working in industrial environments, and has a desire to grow both personally and professionally. They thrive when facing challenges and are comfortable talking on the phone all day long with drivers, internal teams, vendors, etc.
- Thrive in a team environment.
- Take ownership of their work and require minimal day‑to‑day supervision.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Are safety‑focused…
