• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare food according to item specifications, plan future productions, and manage seasonality while adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support associate engagement, including use of handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, and training.
• Drive area performance by stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service such as product guidance and issue resolution.
• Act as a brand advocate, inspire team members, and assist in training others while maintaining a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented workplace.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethics, implementing action plans and applying the Open Door Policy in business processes.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and opportunities for improvement.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Live Better U is a company‑paid education benefit program for full‑time and part‑time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor’s degrees, including English Language Learning and short‑form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period if hired.
