SCM​/Logistics Manager

About the Role:

Dashing Diva is looking for an SCM/Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end inventory flow and drive strategic cost management to optimize distribution center efficiency and maximize supply chain profitability.

• Cost Control:
  Manage DC operational budgets and execute cost‑saving initiatives in freight and labor.
• Vendor Negotiation:
  Negotiate rates and contract SLAs with third-party carriers and logistics vendors.
• Financial Analysis:
  Review logistics cost variances and report financial KPIs to senior leadership.
• Operations Oversight:
  Streamline WMS workflows, dock scheduling, and inbound/outbound logistics.
• Inventory Governance:
  Oversee high-level inventory audits, cycle counting, and OS&D resolutions.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise, train, and manage performance for the distribution office staff.
• Escalation Management:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for critical carrier and supplier issues.
• KPI Optimization:
  Drive operational performance to meet on‑time delivery (OTD) and fulfillment targets.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field).
• Leadership:
  Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a warehouse/DC environment.
• Strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites.
• Strong attention to details and communication skills.
• Active and positive mindset.
