The Logistics Manager at Megger is responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution of electrical testing equipment and related products. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods across domestic and international markets while maintaining Megger’s high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and optimize end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and global distribution of Megger products
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring cost-effective, timely delivery through carrier selection, route optimization, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee warehouse operations (receiving, storage, fulfillment) while maintaining accurate inventory levels and implementing effective control procedures
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, customer service, and global teams to align supply chain activities and meet demand requirements
  • Ensure compliance with all domestic and international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws, maintaining accurate documentation
  • Analyze logistics performance and costs, driving continuous improvement initiatives, process efficiencies, and vendor negotiations
  • Lead, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse personnel, establishing KPIs and fostering a culture of safety and accountability
  • Monitor and improve customer delivery performance, resolving logistics issues and tracking key metrics such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, and cost per shipment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
  • 5–10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Proven track record managing domestic and international logistics operations
  • Strong knowledge of logistics systems (ERP, WMS, TMS)
  • Understanding of global shipping, customs regulations, and trade compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret logistics data and KPIs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain analytics tools
