Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Buyer to help manage key suppliers, execute complex buying arrangements, and negotiate better terms and pricing. This Buyer ideally brings a mix of experience in aerospace as well as entrepreneurial drive and rigor to excel in this fast‑paced environment.

• Plan, coordinate, execute and manage vendor interactions (including submitted purchase orders and aligning strategic objectives)
• Support procurements of a wide variety of requirements, ranging from raw material, services, fixed assets, and tooling. Opportunities to support new product introduction, production, repairs and sustainment
• Negotiate better pricing and terms across high‑dollar and volume spend areas
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential new supplier to improve quality, throughput, or pricing
• Drive strategic initiatives for supply chain as a whole (e.g., compliance)

• Demonstrated knowledge of purchasing and supply chain management of 3+ years (ideally in the aerospace or automotive fields)
• Analytical and problem‑solving expertise
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
• Experience with ERP systems (Deltek/Costpoint a plus)

• Experience with FAR and DFARS

$73,444 - $110,167 a year

• Regular employee positions:
  Salary within range listed above + Bonus + Benefits + Equity
• Temporary employee positions:
  Hourly within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment)
• Interns/Military Fellows/Part‑time not eligible for bonus, benefits or equity

Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check.
