About the Role

Core Weave’s Global Logistics Operations (GLO) team manages the availability of infrastructure, equipment, and materials across our worldwide data center sites. As the Global Inventory Control & Accuracy Lead, you will own Core Weave’s global inventory count and accuracy program across all Core Weave-operated and third‑party logistics (3PL) locations. You will design and govern cycle count programs, physical inventory processes, variance management frameworks, and inventory control standards to maintain global inventory accuracy at or above 99.8%.

You will be the central point of accountability for inventory counting, reconciliation, audit readiness, and adjustment governance, partnering closely with Operations, Finance, Audit, Inventory Control, and 3PL partners to drive consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across a rapidly growing global network.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the global inventory count and accuracy program across all Core Weave‑operated and 3PL locations.
  • Design, implement, and govern cycle count programs, physical inventory processes, and ABC classification strategies.
  • Establish and maintain variance management frameworks, including investigation, reconciliation, and adjustment governance.
  • Develop and enforce inventory control standards, SOPs, work instructions, and inventory policies across a distributed network.
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Audit, and Operations to meet inventory‑related controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Build and maintain KPI scorecards, dashboards, and reporting for inventory accuracy, variance trends, and corrective actions.
  • Lead root cause investigations on discrepancies and drive corrective and preventive action plans to reduce variance over time.
  • Govern inventory standards and performance expectations for third‑party logistics providers, ensuring consistent execution.
  • Champion continuous improvement in inventory processes, controls, and systems as Core Weave scales its global footprint.
