We are seeking a high-energy, hands‑on Global Operations Manager to play a critical role in supporting and scaling our growing business. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can balance strategic initiatives with day‑to‑day execution.
As a key member of the team, you will oversee inventory management, repair operations, fulfillment partners, logistics, and operational process improvement initiatives across a global network. This is a true player‑coach role requiring both leadership and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
Key Responsibilities- Lead inventory management and coordination across multiple functions and locations
- Coordinate repair operations with internal teams and external partners worldwide
- Act as the primary business representative for third‑party fulfillment and service centers
- Drive operational performance, KPI development, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Develop and execute global logistics strategies, including forward and reverse logistics operations
- Manage logistics exceptions and customer escalations to ensure service commitments are achieved
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence
- Partner closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Engineering, and Commercial teams to support business objectives
- Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, fulfillment, or a related field
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with a willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership
- A structured and analytical approach to problem solving
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on results
- Experience working with third‑party logistics providers, fulfillment centers, or repair operations is highly desirable
- A continuous improvement mindset and passion for operational excellence
