Job Description
The Vice President of Procurement (Supply Chain) is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies across Union Supply Group's (USG) wholesale and food operations within the corrections commissary space. This leader oversees category managers and buyers in Texas and California while serving as the primary procurement liaison between USG and the broader Aramark enterprise sourcing organization.
The role is accountable for the full spectrum of purchasing activities: vendor management, cost optimization, inventory integrity, and cross‑functional alignment with sales, finance, marketing, and operations. As USG expands its presence in the corrections commissary market — competing directly in the wholesale and food product segments — this leader will set departmental direction, build team capability, and champion private label growth as a key competitive differentiator.
