Job Description:

Lead the design and implementation of labor forecasting methodologies, workforce planning processes, and labor optimization strategies across distribution, logistics, and supply chain operations.

>>
Work closely with business stakeholders to establish dynamic labor planning capabilities that align workforce demand with operational requirements.

>>
Assess current labor planning and workforce management processes.

>>
Design labor forecasting models based on historical volumes, demand patterns, seasonality, customer service requirements, and operational constraints.

>>
Develop dynamic labor planning methodologies for Distribution Centers (DCs), Warehousing operations, Transportation operations, and Shared service organizations.

>>
Define labor standards and productivity baselines.

>>
Establish workforce capacity planning processes.

>>
Support labor budgeting and staffing recommendations.

>>
Create demand-to-capacity planning frameworks.

>>
Develop labor planning governance and operating models.

>>
Partner with operations leaders to validate forecasting assumptions and productivity targets.

Requirements:

>>
Experience with labor management solutions such as Blue Yonder Labor Management, Manhattan Labor Management (Preferred), Reflexis, UKG Workforce Management, Kronos

>>
Strong understanding of labor standards, engineered labor standards, workforce optimization, demand forecasting

>>
Experience in logistics, distribution, warehouse, or retail operations

>>
Strong analytical and process design skills

>>
Executive stakeholder management experience
