Salary Range: $27.00 To $32.00 Annually
Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drug Company (“MCCPDC”) is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support its operations on Mail-Order-Pharmacy operations. This person will report to the Chief Supply Chain Officer.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
:
- Lead reverse logistic operations. This includes the following tasks:
- Maintain and update supplier return policies.
- Have a clear understanding of the return process of each supplier.
- Review returned items claimed by MCCPDC’s contract pharmacies for eligibility as per suppliers’ return policies, verifying accuracy of the returns.
- Assign Debit Memo number for each claim to MCCPDC’s contract pharmacies. File and maintain the data and support Finance on credit/payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate with MCCPDC’s contract pharmacies to make sure the proper return process is followed.
- Request MCCPDC’s contract pharmacies to provide RMA number after they submit their request to the return processing vendors as per each return policy.
- Follow-up with suppliers on issues related to return and make sure Credit Memo is issued by suppliers in a timely manner.
- Assist DSCSA maintenance by working with third-party service providers and suppliers on track and traceability related communications.
- Manage supplier agreements and price change files to be ready for compliance audits.
- Assist Finance on invoice processing from suppliers and to MCCPDC contract center-fill pharmacies
EDUCATION / TRAINING
:
- Bachelor’s Degree Health Science
WORK EXPERIENCE
:
- Working experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of supply chain process and working experience on supply chain data reporting.
- Knowledge and experience in project management
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
(OPTIONAL):
- Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally
- Strong multi-tasking ability at a fast pace working environment
