Mission Hires is seeking a Global Sourcing Manager to lead category strategies, drive cost reduction, and negotiate global contracts with world-class suppliers.
You will own end-to-end sourcing from intent to purchase through delivery, develop multi-year plans, and manage supplier performance across multiple locations.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field, 5+ years of procurement experience, and solid program management and negotiation skills.
