  Lead and drive initiatives to significantly reduce lead times by 20% within the first year, ensuring product availability for our network of restaurants.
• Enhance Supplier Relationships:
  Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with key suppliers, achieving annual contract savings of at least 15% without compromising quality.
• Inventory Management Excellence:
  Implement state-of-the-art tracking systems to maintain stock levels in line with demand forecasts, reducing excess inventory by 25%.
• Team Development & Leadership:
  Cultivate a high-performance culture within the procurement team, evidenced by increased employee engagement scores and reduced turnover rates.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

This role is based in Dallas and reports directly to the VP of Operations. Lead a dynamic team of 10 procurement specialists, utilizing advanced supply chain management software, with a robust budget to innovate and deliver exceptional results.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of supply chain management experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of supplier negotiation and contract management, delivering quantifiable savings.
• Strong understanding of logistics and inventory management systems.
