* The Role:

** The Outbound Operations Manager is responsible for leading outbound operations including picking, packing, kitting, and triage. This role ensures order fulfillment is executed with speed, accuracy, and efficiency across a multi-client 3PL environment supporting  E-commerce (DTC) and/or Wholesale (B2B) customers.

Key responsibilities include managing automated pick modules, driving performance metrics, and leading teams across multiple shifts. The ideal candidate is a results-driven, motivational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting and is committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

* What You’ll Do:

*** Lead all outbound operations including picking, packing, kitting, and triage to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
* Manage and develop outbound supervisors and staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
* Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), units per hour (UPH) targets, and quality standards.
* Plan and schedule labor based on forecasts, capacity requirements, and performance metrics.
* Train teams on warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Maintain organized and efficient picking locations for high-SKU environments.
* Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and throughput.
* Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other departments to resolve outbound issues and support service delivery.
* Support company growth by identifying capacity constraints and recommending operational enhancements.
* Mentor and develop leadership talent within the outbound team to support performance, engagement, and career growth.
