Parts Specialist

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Parts Specialist for Park Place Motorcars Dallas. In this role, you will support our retail and service operations by accurately identifying, sourcing, and supplying OEM parts for technicians and customers. Responsibilities include managing parts requests, using catalog and DMS systems, maintaining inventory accuracy, processing orders and returns, coordinating with service advisors and vendors, and ensuring timely delivery.

You'll provide knowledgeable, professional customer service while supporting dealership sales and profitability goals in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source correct OEM parts using catalog and DMS tools
• Support technicians and service advisors with timely parts fulfillment
• Process parts orders, returns, warranties, and special requests
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock organization
• Receive, label, and store incoming parts shipments
• Assist retail customers at the parts counter and by phone
• Monitor backorders and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized parts department areas
• Use POS and DMS systems to complete parts transactions and documentation
• Support dealership sales and performance goals through efficient parts operations
