Title
- Work Instructor / Logistics Operations Coordinator Pay Range
- Starting at $45k/annually & above (BOE, Open to discuss) Onboarding - 2-week on-site assignment at HQ in Finland (February–March 2026)
We are seeking a Work Instructor – Supply Chain & Logistics to support day-to-day logistics operations, quality execution, and continuous improvement at our U.S. site. This is a hands‑on role responsible for ensuring that operational work is performed according to defined instructions, quality standards, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities Logistics Operations & Partner Coordination- Act as the primary local interface for the logistics partner, supporting daily warehouse operations and performance follow-up.
- Monitor daily operational performance and address issues through hands‑on problem‑solving.
- Support inbound logistics processes and coordinate issue resolution as needed.
- Own and maintain local work instructions, ensuring accurate execution and compliance.
- Instruct and guide logistics partners and operators on correct processes and standards.
- Act as the local owner for operational changes, supporting implementation and adoption.
- Support quality topics including inbound quality, returns inspection, and corrective actions.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem‑solving in collaboration with global teams.
- Follow up on quality issues to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Support configuration activities, including learning and performing required tasks.
- Support kitting operations, including preparation, verification, and quality checks.
- Act as local owner for tools and equipment, ensuring availability, correct use, and basic upkeep.
- Build and maintain strong product and process knowledge.
- Experience in technical, manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Ability to read, understand, and execute work instructions accurately.
- Relevant technical or vocational education.
- Experience working in fast‑paced, operational environments.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in rapidly changing situations.
- Independent, solution‑oriented problem solver with strong execution skills.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and "can‑do" mindset with strong ownership mentality.
- Energetic and reliable team player with a willingness to develop and improve ways of working.
- Strong follow‑up and organizational skills to ensure task completion.
- Clear communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
