Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain material requirement plans (MRP) based on production schedules and forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and components; place and track purchase orders to prevent shortages or overstock
- Coordinate with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules, resolve delays, and manage lead times
- Partner with production leads to align material availability with the production schedule and communicate any material-related risks
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, reduce excess/obsolete stock, and improve inventory turns
- Maintain accurate data in the ERP system (Netsuite) including part numbers, lead times, safety stock levels, BOMs
- Support new product launches and engineering changes by ensuring timely material availability
- Track key performance metrics such as on‑time delivery, inventory accuracy, and stockout rates
- Participate in supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives with Purchasing
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed, while investigating causes of discrepancies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- 2+ years of experience in material planning, production planning, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in automotive parts or automotive‑adjacent manufacturing is a plus
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Netsuite) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across production, purchasing, and suppliers
- APICS/CPIM certification a plus, but not required
