Salary Range: $20.00 To $27.00 Hourly

Responsibilities:- Maintain a high level of accuracy, customer service, and quality in all areas of order fulfillment while working in a fast-paced environment
- Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders and maintain customer information
- Responds to requests from internal and external customers to expedite orders, correct errors, or investigate problems with transportation providers.
- Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Instructs employees which components are needed to fulfill customer orders and monitors inventory level
- Monitor workflows and make recommendations for process improvements
- Enforce safety standards and adhere to company guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform quality control checks on products prior to shipping
- Prepare orders for shipment according to carrier specifications
- Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, including maintaining product listings on Amazon and ensuring sufficient levels of inventory for FBA
- Support operations by placing parts in inventory
- Experience in ecommerce or retail operations and shipping platforms (Shipstation preferred)
- Proven track record of successful project management and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds
