Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy, customer service, and quality in all areas of order fulfillment while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Oversees order entry, administration, and shipping processes with accuracy and efficiency
  • Uses order tracking and CRM systems to process orders and maintain customer information
  • Responds to requests from internal and external customers to expedite orders, correct errors, or investigate problems with transportation providers.
  • Effectively communicate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Instructs employees which components are needed to fulfill customer orders and monitors inventory level
  • Monitor workflows and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Enforce safety standards and adhere to company guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform quality control checks on products prior to shipping
  • Prepare orders for shipment according to carrier specifications
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner
  • Manage the Amazon Seller Central account, including maintaining product listings on Amazon and ensuring sufficient levels of inventory for FBA
  • Support operations by placing parts in inventory
  • Analyze shipping trends and identify cost savings opportunities
Requirements:
  • Experience in ecommerce or retail operations and shipping platforms (Shipstation preferred)
  • Proven track record of successful project management and process improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds
  • Forklift certification preferred
