About the Role We are seeking a Supply Chain Projects Manager to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives supporting supply chain performance, operational readiness, and manufacturing growth. This role is ideal for a supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or project management professional with experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, 503B, or another cGMP-regulated environment. You will lead projects involving supplier optimization, material availability, inventory strategy, ERP/MRP improvements, production readiness, supply risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
This is a highly cross-functional position working closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and IT. The successful candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of complex projects, analyzing operational data, identifying root causes, and driving solutions from planning through implementation.
