Sampling & Fulfillment Manager

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Sampling & Fulfillment Manager at our Dallas location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Dallas-based Sample and Fulfillment Team and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Oversee the positions at the fabric mill in Mexico that are connected to the sampling production process in Dallas
- Ensure projects are completed on time and department priorities and deadlines are consistently met.
- Monitor fulfillment cycle times and ensure the team meets established KPIs and service expectations.
- Maintain quality standards throughout the sample fulfillment process and address issues as they arise.
- Monitor and replenish supplies needed to maintain appropriate fulfillment inventory levels.
- Coordinate the receiving, organization, and storage of all sample products received from the Mexico facility.
- Coordinate seasonal distribution of new product samples and materials to showrooms and Sales Representatives.
- Conduct a bi-weekly review of trim product inventory and place purchase orders as needed to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Use the ERP system (Navision) effectively to support departmental goals, manage inventory, and help control costs. Oversee daily adjustments to sampling inventory to maintain accuracy.
- Develop, track, and report departmental metrics to measure performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure team members follow company safety requirements, policies, and procedures
- Work schedule:
On-site presence is required five days per week at our warehouse facility and corporate headquarters to support daily operations and cross-functional collaboration.
Skills/
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in a position of departmental leadership (ideally in a Pick and Pack operation).
- Knowledge of Demand Planning or Inventory Management experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization.
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, ERP or CRM.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) communication required
- College Degree (BA/BS) Preferred
- Travel to Perennials Textiles Mexico (PTM) approximately 1 – 2 times per year
