About the Role:

As a CBRE Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team of employees responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing service provider for outsourced services. You will also assist a client or department with the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies.

This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide guidance and support to account teams in areas of contract negotiations, vendor relationships, invoice disputes, escalations, and other procurement-related matters.
  • Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for outsourced services, ensuring strict alignment with client or departmental objectives.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and associated business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.
  • Manage the end-to-end supplier and contractor certification process, including conducting periodic reviews of vendor performance and compliance.
  • Lead contract lifecycle management activities—including terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals—ensuring full compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Analyze spend data, supplier performance metrics, and service scopes to identify and execute opportunities for value creation and cost optimization.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on contemporary outsourcing practices and their strategic value.
  • Offer strategic input and lead/support RFP development and solution selection processes.
  • Navigate complex, high-pressure, and ambiguous situations with sound judgment, business acumen, and adaptability.
  • Drive success as measured by key performance indicators (KPIs), including cost savings achieved, supplier performance ratings, and stakeholder satisfaction scores.
