Smart Office Automation – Houston, TX
Smart Office Automation, the leader in office technology, has a unique opportunity for the right candidates. We are looking for an in-house printer/copy technician to repair copiers, desktop printers and label printers.
Your Responsibilities Include- Repair equipment to the customers satisfaction
- Handle connectivity issues as it relates to printing from a computer
- Manage and maintain commonly used inventory
- Open and close service calls through an automated system
- Communicate daily with teammates
- Represent Smart Office Automation in a professional and ethical manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience using Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent follow‑up with teammates
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Strong networking and connectivity skills
- Always maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance
