We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our hospitality operations team. In this role, you’ll help maintain the property’s appearance, functionality, and safety — ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and comfortable stay.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem‑solver with hands‑on experience in building systems, equipment repair, and general maintenance within a hotel or hospitality setting.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel facilities, guest rooms, and public areas to ensure everything is in top condition
• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
• Respond quickly and efficiently to maintenance requests and ensure guest satisfaction
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and record completed work accurately
• Monitor tools, parts, and supplies; report needs or shortages in a timely manner
• Support engineering and operations teams in renovation and improvement projects
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures and company maintenance standards
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure minimal guest disruption

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician, Engineer, or Facilities Associate in a hotel or related industry
• Good understanding of basic electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor equipment and fixtures independently
• Strong organizational and communication skills
  
  Detail‑oriented, reliable, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Trade or technical certification in maintenance, HVAC, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with property management or maintenance software (e.g., Opera, HotSOS) is an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as required
