This position offers a pay range of $16.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour, based on skills and experience.

As a Maintenance Associate, you ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will work on your feet in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a positive attitude toward customers.

• Work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt quickly to changing work scenarios.
• Keep member satisfaction as a top priority.
• Work an entire shift on your feet in physically demanding environments.
• Perform safety sweeps, use forklift spotting procedures, handle hazardous materials safely, and report unsafe situations.
• Clean all facility areas (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to spills, operate floor scrubbers, dispose of cardboard, plastic, and trash in line with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store them properly, and replenish supplies when low.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates, responding to spills and performing maintenance as necessary.
