This position is responsible for cleaning projects indoors to maintain the interior of our building/community, or outdoors to maintain the exterior, or a mix of both. The role may involve cleaning projects that require advanced training and demonstrated skills. Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties on a regular basis or as assigned.

• Greet Residents/visitors/vendors and determine their needs
• Remove trash from offices and common areas
• Clean carpets and/or floors in all common areas as directed by supervisor
• Clean and dust all common elements including corridors and lobbies
• Report any hazardous conditions to management immediately
• Other duties as directed by supervisor

Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Physical demands include the ability to lift 30-50 lbs
• Standing, sitting, and walking
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, push/pull, reach, hold/grip, and climb stairs/ladders on a regular basis
• Will lift/move/carry light to heavy weight materials/appliances/equipment, and use some repetitive motion of hands, wrists, and elbows
• Must have normal range of hearing, vision, and depth perception for proper handling of chemicals and equipment
• Needs to be able to complete tasks wearing appropriate safety equipment (back belts, goggles, masks, gloves, etc.)
