• Maintains buildings by performing such tasks as painting, changing ceiling tiles, replacing light bulbs, changing A/C filters, repair floors
• Performs preventive maintenance in accordance with schedule and need.
• Performs other repairs or requests such as, but not limited to, plumbing, moving furniture, replacing windows, and repairing locks
• Ensures quality in all completed jobs.
• Services other equipment in the hospital such as ice machines, freezers, or refrigerators
• Services HVAC equipment as requested or required
• Adheres to hospital polices and procedures
• Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct
• Conduct reflects the Company's values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct
• Performs other duties as requested or required

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Boiler Mechanic, or Heat Ventilation Air Condition (HVAC), or Journeyman Electrician, or Licensed Plumber, or Maintenance License
• Certificate, or Work Experience in lieu of Degree
