The DetailsPosition: Maintenance Supervisor
Type: Full-Time
Shift: 2:30pm-11pm
The Spirit of the PositionThe Maintenance Supervisor will perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, gate repairs, ordering and securing parts and operating the power washer in a safe and responsible manner. Supervisor will be responsible for managing maintenance employees.
Duties/Responsibilities- Assign duties to maintenance staff.
- Check completed work and send off information in teams to include pictures.
- Schedule all duties at least one week ahead when possible.
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of repair.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Plans repair work during and after business hours with equipment manual as needed.
- Performs general repairs. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing gates, striping and power washing.
- Performs routine maintenance on entry exit equipment.
- Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by location managers or clients.
- Keep track of all receipts and expenses in an organized manner. Submit by the end of month.
- Create a working relationship with Flash technology call center and salespersons.
- Willing to travel for parking technology training.
- Refueling of LAZ company vehicles as needed
- Basic vehicle maintenance required (oil change, filters, wipers etc.)
- Adding signs and removing signs from lots and or garages
- Power Washing
- Check all fluids before starting the power washer.
- Check trailer connection before moving truck and trailer.
- Wipe down and clean all hoses on trailer at the end of each job.
- Fill water tank at the end of shift at approved fill station
- Fill fuel on truck and power washer at end of shift or start of shift daily.

Requirements:• High school diploma or GED preferred.
Physical Demands:• Willingness to work in the elements -- heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk and run for extended periods of time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shift.
