We are looking for a dedicated Custodial Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include providing a safe and clean space for all staff and visitors. This is a full‑time hourly position with a salary of $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Working hours are 6:00 PM–2:00 AM. The role may require assistance at other Vogel locations (Main, North, and Redbird).

WhatYou’ll Do
- Cleaning & sanitizing:
Vacuum, spot‑clean carpets, dust, mop floors, clean and sanitize surfaces such as furniture, fixtures, display cases, restrooms, and kitchens. - Maintenance & supplies:
Remove trash and recycling, replace liners, refill restroom supplies, maintain the janitor closet, and handle equipment such as high‑speed buffers, wet vacuums, and carpet extractors. - Safety & security:
Ensure the facility is secure by closing doors and windows, turning on night lights, and activating the alarm system at the end of the day.
- Detail‑oriented & conscientious:
Follow written and verbal instructions carefully. - Teamwork & reliability:
Work cooperatively with others, be willing to work occasional overtime, flexible hours, and adapt to schedule changes. - Physical stamina:
Perform manual tasks, including strenuous walking, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working alone and on ladders. - Driver’s License:
Possess a valid Class C driver’s license.
