Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Mechanic at our facility in Dallas, TX. The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, including inspections, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs. The role involves conducting preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Additionally, the Maintenance Mechanic will assist in industrial maintenance tasks and repairs while adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance techniques.
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Corrective Maintenance practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Physical ability to perform hands‑on maintenance tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various environmental conditions.
  • Prior experience in an industrial, utility, or municipal setting is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training in mechanics or a related field is preferred.
