We are a professionalpainting company seeking to add an experienced

Crew Leader to the team. This is a role that requires high level of skill in both prep and finish applications as well as management of job site and other workers. Strong communication skills and teamwork is critical.

Home Care Allies focuses on residential and commercial painting. We focus on details and quality.

Ideal candidate will need to havea basic set of toolsand have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities could include leadership of a crew, working independently, training of less experienced employees, and quality control. Home Care Alliesis known for high quality work which specifically involves preparation and detail followed by craft level applications and dealing with premium local to international products. Ability to work with natural woods and stain, color mixing, and strong product knowledge are other skills that are beneficial to a successful candidate for a Crew Leader.

Experience Running projects & Painting: minimum 5years (Required)

• Must have valid state-issued Driver's License (Required)
• Must have reliable transportation (Required)
• Having a crew of painters is a plus (NOT Required)
