8:00 PM - 7:00 AM Monday to Sunday rotating schedule

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to residents and guests.
• Respond to resident requests and provide assistance throughout the night.
• Maintain a visible, approachable, and helpful presence.
• Monitor common areas and respond appropriately to situations that may arise.
• Assist residents with reasonable overnight requests and concerns.
• Maintain accurate overnight communication and incident logs.
• Communicate important information, concerns, and follow-up items to management.
• Follow all site emergency, safety, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout common areas and shared spaces.
• Clean hallways, entrances, elevators, washrooms, and other assigned areas.
• Empty garbage and recycling from designated areas.
• Restock washroom and common‑area supplies.
• Respond promptly to spills, messes, and unexpected cleaning requirements.
• Complete scheduled overnight cleaning duties and ensure areas are ready for the morning.
• Take pride in maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment.
• Report maintenance, repair, or safety concerns to management.

• Previous experience in hospitality, concierge service, housekeeping, customer service, or a similar environment is considered an asset.
