Tryfacta is seeking a Grounds Maintenance for our client in Dallas, TX 75342
. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested.

Position Title: Grounds Maintenance

Location: Dallas, TX 75261

Duration: 6 Months

Work Schedule: 40 hours a week. 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM at Terminal E, with Friday and Saturday days off.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

Ensure all assigned walkways and curbside areas are clean, orderly, and free of trash and debris daily at each assigned terminal per shift. Operate scrubber machine properly and safely to remove tough stains around curbside areas daily once per shift. Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout assigned areas during the entire shift and dispose of materials properly in designated trash receptacles daily at each assigned terminal per shift.

Continuously patrol assigned areas and promptly remove any trash, litter, debris, or other items found on the ground daily at each assigned terminal per shift. Ensure all signs, benches, and trash receptacles are clean and wiped down and emptied daily at each assigned terminal as needed. Maintain curbside area in a clean and presentable condition at all times, with particular attention to areas visible to passengers and the public daily at each assigned terminal as needed per shift.
