** Job Description
** A Cleaning Worker maintains a clean, organized and healthy working environment for the organization or facility. They ensure areas of a building are sanitary, orderly and free of trash and debris.
*
* Job Responsibilities:

**** Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
*** Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing office floors, carpets, hallways and stairs.
* Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors.
* Clean walls, glass and windows.
* Empty trash and recycling bins.
* Stock and maintain supply rooms, restrooms and kitchens.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
* Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, carpet cleaners, etc.
* Respond to and address immediate cleaning needs or spills.
* Clean spills and other hazards with appropriate equipment
* Clean and disinfect surfaces that are touched frequently.
* Must learn proper use of equipment and chemicals to avoid harming floors, fixtures, self, and others.
* Help with the setup and tear down of meeting spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, equipment, and materials as required.
* Report maintenance needs or safety concerns or hazards to supervisors.
* Perform other related duties as necessary to support operations.

Physical Stamina:
* Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the workday.
* Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cleaning supplies and equipment, typically up to 25 - 50 pounds.
* Ability to work at a steady pace while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
* Ability to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor areas.
