The Role:

The Fulfillment Supervisors and Managers are key leaders in our growing 3PL operations, managing E-commerce and Wholesale customers. Responsibilities include overseeing distribution center operations such as picking, packing, shipping, inbound receiving, and consolidation. Motivating a performance-driven team and delivering excellent customer service are essential. Shifts may include first, second, or weekend shifts.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain records on working hours and meet financial targets
• Review and improve operations continuously
• Manage shift flow and resource allocation
• Supervise staffing, training, and discipline
• Enhance operational efficiency
• Foster teamwork and effective communication
• Track performance metrics and costs
• Promote a safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ve Done:

• 5+ years in warehouse operations (replenishment, receiving, outbound, etc.)
• 3+ years supervisory or leadership experience
• Experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, Office applications
• High School diploma or GED
• Available to work onsite in Dallas, Garland, or Terrell, TX

Preferred Candidates Will Have:

• Data-driven decision-making experience
• Prior 3PL operations experience
• Wholesale B2B experience

Physical Work Environment:

• Ability to perform moderate physical activity
• Lift up to 25-30 lbs occasionally
• Maintain focus for extended periods
• Availability for overtime during peak seasons
