- Offer comprehensive support to the safety and talent acquisition teams by actively monitoring safety events, managing claims, and effectively communicating safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment as well as handling background and compliance work.
- Coordinates safety training and schedules, document control and compliance, and follows up on action items.
- Collaborate in the efficient management and meticulous documentation of safety-related claims to facilitate timely resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Handles budget tracking and invoice management.
- Assists in managing occupational clinic processes and documents and random drug screening processes.
- Coordinates travel arrangements for the Safety team.
- High school diploma or GED. Additional certifications in safety management or related fields are a plus.
- 2+ years of relative administrative experience in safety and/or talent acquisition spaces.
- Experience in the construction/manufacturing safety space preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of safety policies, procedures and regulations.
- Ability to detect problems and take appropriate action.
