Procurement Manager

Compensation: $100, annually, depending on experience

With a focus on savings initiatives and supplier optimization, you will play a crucial role in aligning procurement activities with financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and execute category plans
• Lead supplier negotiations for cost improvement
• Collaborate with field operations and Finance
• Translate sourcing strategies into actionable processes
• Coach and develop direct reports

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business
• 5+ years of procurement or category management experience
• Proven negotiation skills and financial acumen
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives
• Strong leadership abilities

Nice to Have

Skills & Experience:

• Facilities or IT procurement experience
• Experience with procurement platforms like Coupa or Ariba
• Workday experience
