Everson Talent is seeking an Accounting Manager for a full-time opportunity with a company in the Construction industry. Role DescriptionThe Accounting Manager will partner closely with leadership to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, and support the ongoing modernization of systems and processes. This role is responsible for managing the close process, maintaining compliance with GAAP and internal controls, supporting audit and tax-related activities, and providing oversight and mentorship to the accounting team.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Construction industry experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong time-management, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
- Prior experience working on an ERP implementation is ideal
